Why should you choose an in home visit versus visiting a massage clinic/spa? Well, it depends.

We typically visit clients in their homes for the following reasons:

clients with mobility issues

recently released from a hospital stay which requires at home treatment

couples that prefer being massaged in their homes

couples that have small children requiring supervision while one parent receives a treatment

convenience

I also visit clients in hospitals and long-term care facilities

Bridal parties, showers and other special occasions

Prior to your first treatment you will need to fill out an INTAKE FORM ahead of time, online. The information will allow for a treatment plan to be designed specifically for you. It will help if you have a list of medications, surgeries, and doctor information on hand.

Have a room or an area ready for the massage table to be set up. It doesn't have to be a big space, just enough for my table and room to move around it.

I will arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up my equipment. I usually bring a massage table, sheets, lotion. I recommend that you supply 2 pillows for your comfort. These will be placed under the sheets so no lotion will get on them.

There may be a 5-10 minute assessment prior to the treatment depending on your concerns.

A set of remedial exercises like strengthening and stretching may be recommended for you post treatment.

It is always recommended you drink water after the appointment as the treatments facilitate the removal and transport of your body's natural waste.

You will receive an email receipt (pdf) at the end of the treatment. This can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
